SHIPPING GECKOS
Shipping to the East Coast and Midwest states is a flat rate of $55-60 USD.
Southern US shipping flat rate is $65.
West Coast shipping is a flat rate of $75.
Shipping prices are non-negotiable. We charge a flat rate based around an average and to cover for shipping supplies.
7-DAY GUARANTEE
We offer a 7-day Guarantee on all of our geckos we provide. We hold a high standard on the health of our animals. If your animal isn't fairing well or dies within your care within the first 7 days please contact us. We may ask you a series of questions to debate whether the animal's death is at our fault, and if so, you will be refunded given that circumstance.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL OCCURRENCES
We take great pride in our shipping skills. However, in the occurrence of a DOA, please contact us. We track our shipments and keep an wary eye for shipping mishaps. These do happen from time to time. However, if it is at FedEx's fault that the animal arrives dead due to shipment delays in error on their part, we are not responsible for that.
If the package arrives on time and the animal arrives expired, then we will refund your money once we speak with you and determine what was the cause.
